Senior Tax Planning Specialist

As a Senior Tax Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise to support the organization's tax strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
- Providing guidance on tax-related matters to various business areas, including accounting, finance, and legal.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Reviewing and updating existing tax policies and procedures to ensure alignment with changing regulatory requirements.
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and strategic projects.
- Strong understanding of tax legislation, including federal and state taxes, ancillary obligations, and corporate tax.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
