Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor supply chain performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze operational issues and drive solutions through product or operational strategy measures.
  • Develop and adjust logistics pricing strategies to boost rider activity, performance, and retention rates using incentives like bonuses and subsidies.
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery costs by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and solving problems.
  • Work with the product team to launch relevant supply operation products that enhance efficiency and advance intelligence in supply utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience in the internet/logistics/O2O industry.
  • Results-driven professionals with strong data analysis skills, communication capabilities, and resource integration skills are highly sought after.
  • Proficiency in various data analysis tools is essential for this role.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language proficiency, with Spanish being an asset.
