We are searching for a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of cross-country digital transformation initiatives in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale change programs and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Define, prioritize, and materialize transformation initiatives and content design leveraging new ways of working, technology, and design with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Orchestrate Janssen's omnichannel strategy by translating Janssen's strategy and senior leaders' priorities into actionable plans.
- Understand Janssen's key stakeholders personas uncovering their most pressing needs, frictions, and happy moments in their journeys with the company and determining customer-oriented missions that will help address these opportunities.
- Design, manage, and distribute campaign and channel-related content to reinforce customer loyalty.
- Determine data-driven decisions based on the performance of the omnichannel strategy.
- A seasoned director with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Creative, curious, and data-driven leader with a strong business acumen, customer-centric personality, and problem-solving orientation.
- Experience around omnichannel orchestration and transformation, new technologies, analytics, and content design and management, and negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, creativity, and collaboration. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
