The Opportunity- Lead cross-functional programs/projects, focusing on digital transformation initiatives with direct contact with members of LatAm and Global teams;
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to articulate and promote digital implementation, defining project goals, expectations, and deadlines to avoid misunderstandings;
- Requires strategic thinking, effective communication, change management expertise, and ability to navigate complexities within the organization.
- Drive our B2B transformation agenda along senior management, putting eGTM strategy into action;
- Program/project management: Strong skills to plan, organize, and execute digital initiatives effectively, including setting timelines, defining tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring progress;
- Develop and execute strategies to engage key stakeholders at various levels of the organization, conducting thorough stakeholder analysis to identify individuals or groups affected by the transformation;
- eGTM Trainings / Change Management: Support change management processes to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Proven experience and track record in cross-functional program/project management required;
- Problem solving: structured thinker with ability to define key problems to be solved, driving decision-making with a clear understanding of key business value drivers;
- Communicating with impact: excellent verbal and written communications capabilities, able to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Familiarity with leveraging technology to support organizational transformation highly desired;
- Making it happen: strong ability to translate strategic recommendations into implementation workplans connecting to organizational capabilities and constraints;
- Leading the agenda: deep leadership and influence skills along senior leaders, including the ability to challenge the status quo;
- Understanding key business metrics highly desired.
Digital transformation requires a holistic approach, involving cross-functional collaboration and communication, to drive innovation and growth. It's essential to understand the company's digital landscape, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
Certifications and TrainingEvidence of certifications and training related to digital transformation, such as Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), project management, or data analytics, will be considered an asset.
