Job Description:You will play a pivotal role in accelerating platform adoption and driving customer success as part of our Customer Outcomes team. You will collaborate closely with customers to provide technical guidance on implementing solutions that drive long-term value.
- You will work with customers to develop a deep understanding of their digital transformation vision and goals, and translate those into a customer roadmap.
- You will engage with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer's core applications.
- Manage technical governance, delivery operating model, and governance.
- Ensure instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
A key requirement for this role is having progressive experience in professional services, management consulting, or equivalent education/experience.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Demonstrate 12+ years of experience in a similar field
- Showcase management consulting expertise
- Show comfort with traveling up to 80%
- Drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Effectively relay complex information to diverse audiences
- Possess industry domain expertise and large program experience leading architecture and design
- Have enterprise architecture and cloud application technology experience
