We aim to become the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods through our strategic transformation, PepsiCo Positive (pep+), which prioritizes sustainability and human capital.

As Strategy & Transformation Director, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, regions, and locally to ensure seamless planning and delivery of digital products in Brazil.

This role involves leading and deploying global Digital products, ensuring integration and investment for successful outcomes. You will also lead the plan and organize Brazil's Digital Council to ensure a cohesive digital ambition across all functional stakeholders in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Product Direction for the deployment of Pepsico's Global Digital Products in Brazil.
  • Drive project cadence and delivery of major project milestones.
  • Identify impacts across functional areas and involve stakeholders promptly in their solution.
  • Support Operating Model development to ensure work clarity of involved members.
  • Drive budget planning and development for yearly country deployment.
  • Lead and build the Data agenda in the market, partnering with Local IT and Sector.
  • Lead the Open Innovation agenda in the market, partnering with startups ecosystems and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of professional experience in Managing Business, Mgmt. Consulting, Business Transformation, or relevant fields.
  • Exceptional communication and networking abilities.
  • Deep analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience in implementing digital products in large companies.
  • Team player and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Experience and understanding of transformation challenges in large companies and digital disruption.
