Job Title: Agile Transformation Lead

 

About the Role

This position involves leading and scaling up Agile transformation initiatives throughout Ventures in the Digital Farming Solutions LATAM Team.

As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and empowering team members to achieve autonomy in a value delivering culture and agile mindset.

You will foster standardized agility models to sustain and evolve on agile principles and practices, enabling transformation.

The successful candidate will lead and scale up Agile transformation, develop and empower team members, foster standardized agility models, deliver transparency on business & teams' performance, and design an agile value stream-oriented organizational structure.
