Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead innovation in digital automation tools for our region. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to empower change within teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operations business with a focus on automation projects
- Analyze data, processes, organization, and support Middle Office & Back Office process change
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to SME Business teams
- Work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
- Prioritize initiatives based on business and operations needs
- Act as coordinator between technology, business, and operations teams
- Coordinate testing of new automations and processes
- Partner with Stakeholders to manage project deliverable expectations
- Participate in progress status meetings
- Provide continuous feedback on project status
- Ensure appropriate training for Operations SMEs
- Communicate with global teams and product managers
