Supply Chain Forecasting Specialist

As a seasoned demand planning professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional forecasting strategy. Your expertise will help us optimize our supply chain, drive business growth, and stay ahead of the competition.
In this highly visible and rewarding position, you will lead a team responsible for developing and maintaining accurate forecasts across short- and long-term horizons. You will collaborate closely with commercial, supply, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of insights from sales, marketing, finance, and other functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain multiple-level demand forecasts utilizing advanced planning systems and collaborating with Commercial, Supply, and Finance teams.
- Lead a team responsible for reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, and evaluating forecast results.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to refine the forecast model and reconcile significant variances.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain demand planning.
- Forecasting and analytical expertise.
