Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Planner

Description:
Spearhead supply chain planning initiatives to optimize enterprise operations and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy end-to-end solutions on Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement supply chain planning systems to meet business requirements.
  • Lead solution development, including configuration of worksheets, alerts, metrics, scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance skills and expertise.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with expertise in Kinaxis modules (Demand, Supply Planning, MRP, MPS, Forecasting, and Demand Planning).
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to integrate planning functions with cross-functional areas within supply chain.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP/Oracle Planning and MRP, Production Planning, SAP APO.
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting and vendor-managed inventory processes.
