Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing tactical plans to balance supply and demand, managing risks throughout the supply chain, and aligning transfer orders with market needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in planning and supply chain management. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and communicate tactical plans balancing supply and demand through executive meetings with operational stakeholders.
    • Proactively manage risks throughout the supply chain, addressing low coverage and escalations.
    • Align transfer orders with supply-demand using ERP systems according to market needs.
    • Monitor and take action on supply exceptions, including cancellation, increases, decreases, or postponement.
    • Apply planning based on scenarios and collaboration, utilizing analysis and planning tool functionalities.
    • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Demand, W&D, Commercial, and Market execution teams to resolve supply issues.
    • Support Network Planning Leader with information and escalations to Global SIOP.
    • Oversee supply chain performance, review and approve planning parameters, and drive continuous improvement ideas.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • Advanced or fluent English and Spanish preferred
    • High Excel skills
    • Planning and Supply Chain experience
