Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Materials Supply Planning Specialist. This role involves coordinating the flow of artworks updates across LATAM, ensuring materials deliveries align with our production plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with supply chain, regulatory, marketing, and external graphics agencies. They will also need to manage multiple vendors connected with Brazil's toller, ensuring timely delivery of materials in line with our requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate artworks updates flow for LATAM among Supply Chain, Regulatory, Marketing, and external graphics agencies.
  • Manage operational processes for Brazil's MRP, monitor open order book with multiple vendors connected with Brazil's toller, ensuring materials deliveries aligned to the plan.
  • Tactically interface with Brazil's toller supply planner and stakeholders, including external materials vendors, marketing, regulatory, and project departments, ensuring artworks aligned to the most updated requirements and materials availability.
  • Candidates will coordinate artworks update flow in LATAM, lead the updates flow process ensuring labels are updated according to Regulatory and Marketing requirements.
  • Ensure labels are available for purchase aligned to the production plan in each of the tollers.
  • Represent Envu in interfaces, ensure updates requirements are properly delivered according to country change specification.
  • Participate in launch forums regarding new artwork development point of view and launch execution.
  • Coordinate on-time artwork availability of AI's, bulks, and packaging components for BR Supply Planning of the tollers.
  • Analyze and provide feasible forecasts to tollers and suppliers, anticipating potential bottlenecks and discussing best plans of supply leading MPS with Suppliers and tollers.
  • Orchestrate Materials Supply Planning process for Brazil's toller from short to long term, supporting costs reduction and service level optimization from supply perspective.
  • Foster materials supply support to Negotiate Brazil's toller manufacturing capacity according to supply needs and optimize cost of goods with best Materials Supply Planning flow.
  • Collaborate with Brazil MPS meetings providing availability information for supply planning enabling scenarios simulation and best decision making considering full supply perspective.
