Job Overview

As a seasoned analytics leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people data strategy. We are seeking a talented professional to lead our efforts in releasing and managing high-visibility initiatives that drive trust and access to people data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks for people analytics, ensuring policies, procedures, and standards align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring people data reports meet user needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze data usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate product and release vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones, in coordination with cross-team releases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and people analytics principles, with excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and independence, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
