Lead Data Analyst Position

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the chief data strategist, tasked with uncovering valuable insights and driving informed decision-making through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced data models that seamlessly integrate disparate data sources across the organization.
  • Develop innovative data transformation logic to refine raw data into actionable formats for stakeholders.
  • Analyze vast datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare and present complex data insights through informative dashboards and KPIs, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to drive data-driven innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Statistics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with familiarity with Node.js and Notebook environments (e.g., Jupyter).
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Amazon Redshift) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
