Key Technical Data Strategist Role

A pioneering Key Technical Data Strategist is sought by a leading healthcare organization to spearhead the development of innovative data-driven solutions for Medtech Commercial in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data and analytics, product management, and commercial operations, as well as excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for Global Data products aligned with regional business objectives and key results.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to design data lifecycles, user journeys, data models, and data flows.
  • Co-own the data products backlog with the Business Product Manager, defining and prioritizing product requirements and user stories.
  • Engage in product planning ceremonies to align interdependency and mitigate risks between data analytics products and platform release plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields. A master's or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in information technology functions or industries in large corporations, with at least 3 years of experience in data and analytics.
  • Proven ability in digital product management, preferably in the data and analytics domain.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis, data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence tools, including ETL and data ecosystem functionalities.
  • Ability to conduct data exploration and manipulation to support business analysis and problem-solving.
