Senior Data Product Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned data product strategist to join our team and help us design innovative solutions for the commercialization of Medtech products in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for global data products, collaborating with business leaders to identify key opportunities and challenges.
  • Design data lifecycles, user journeys, data models, and data flows in collaboration with technical experts and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate product features testing, launch, and post-launch activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage in strategic planning to align interdependency and mitigate risks between data analytics products and platform release plans.
  • Conduct product usage research and user feedback to identify customer needs and develop strategies to increase product adoption and value.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields. Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT or industry, with at least 3 years in data and analytics.
  • Proven ability in digital product management, preferably in data and analytics.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, modeling, visualization, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to conduct data exploration and manipulation to support business analysis and problem solving.
  • Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset and passion for learning new technologies.
