We're looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems, building models with interpretability, and turning ideas into actionable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Bayesian statistics, Python, SQL, and R, as well as proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
As a Data Scientist at our company, you'll work on end-to-end data solutions that deliver results for our clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into performance branding strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing new data science models, running statistical experiments, and implementing data models that align with client business objectives.
You'll also communicate complex data findings effectively to clients and internal stakeholders, both in written and spoken formats.
Requirements include 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with a focus on marketing applications, as well as strong mathematical and algorithmic skills.
A problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
