**Job Overview:**

The key to successful offshore operations lies in meticulous planning and execution. This role is responsible for coordinating rig equipment, drilling tools, and accessories to ensure seamless logistical support.

**Key Responsibilities and Expectations:**
  • Collects and analyzes Drilling Key Performance indicators and metrics agreed with the project team and client.
  • Regularly visits offshore sites to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participates in Pre-Embark and offshore meetings as required.
  • Maintains strong communication and cooperation between customers and relevant departments, including third-party personnel.
  • Engages in daily verbal communication with onshore operations planners.
  • Remains proactive in planning and anticipating customer and operational needs.
  • Drives continuous improvement of operational procedures to optimize drilling operations.
  • Creates and maintains Rig Need-lists for each section.
  • Ensures proper control of tubulars and handling equipment, ensuring timely readiness and shipping according to plan.
  • Ensures all drilling and tubular handling equipment complies with SDLA and routine inspection requirements.
  • Maintains 100% compliance with company QHSE plans.
  • Oversees operational safety and efficiency.
  • Maintains accurate records of operations, drilling tools, and logistics files.
  • Supports drilling teams in utilizing DrillOps to manage drilling operations.
  • Performs other duties assigned by SLB SLR Rig Superintendents.

Additional responsibilities include advising onshore SLB Rig Superintendents and offshore senior toolpushers of any requests and instructions from operators, setting operational efficiency yearly objectives, and reviewing quarterly progress via comments sent to SLB Rig Superintendents. Ensuring operations are conducted to prevent well control, stuck pipe, and other drilling hazards defined in the Well Program and Instructions to Drillers prepared by operator representatives. Reviewing Risk Identification Reports (RIRs) and Observation & Intervention Reports (OI) weekly as per company and project guidelines, and reviewing End of Well Reports with comments sent to SLB Rig Superintendents.
