About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative product development team at iiPay.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing our product to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of business analysts to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, scope, and drive the product roadmap.
  • Drive iiPay's product roadmap to position iiPay as a leader in the global payroll industry.
  • Break down and sequence implementation of complex platform solutions into discrete milestones to demonstrate rapid value creation.
  • Bring an insatiable curiosity to understand the needs of customers by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Communicate upward and outward about the bigger picture, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop detailed product documentation, including release notes, product/feature one-pagers, and roadmaps for various audiences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends in the industry and opportunities for innovation that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on strategic importance, technical feasibility, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product health and user satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to improve the product's usability and overall experience.
  • Communicate with customers and users through regular feedback sessions, addressing concerns and gathering insights that inform future iterations of the product.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for new product feature launches.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation through unique product features or enhancements.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role within the software industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or similar role within the global payroll industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing products through their entire life cycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives forward.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
