Our Mission

We develop an Automatic Language Processing (NLP) engine, providing answers to human intentions in natural language. Our conversational solutions include chatbots, knowledge management tools, digital demos, and search engines, serving global blue-chip companies in various sectors.

Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to play a crucial role in the development and success of our AI-powered products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development efforts using Agile Scrum methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategy, defining product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans.
  • Act as the Product Owner within the Agile Scrum framework, managing the product backlog and prioritizing user stories.
  • Ensure product quality by defining acceptance criteria and participating in testing efforts.
  • Conduct customer research to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Work closely with the customer experience team to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our customers' digital journeys to improve the user experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a product manager in similarly sized growth-stage enterprise B2B SaaS software companies.
  • Experience using key product management tools, including ClickUp, Aha, Heap, Jira, Miro, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and data visualization tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodology and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of B2B software and an interest in AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate customer needs into product features and improvements.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive product success in a growth-stage company.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Experience working within a global organization, including domestic and foreign development teams across multiple time zones.
Reporting Structure:

This role will report directly to a Director of Product Management at Inbenta.
