Job Role:

  • Research trade and regulatory requirements for international shipments, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain adherence to trade compliance standards.
  • Verify shipping documents and partner documentation for FCPA and Anti-Bribery compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with brokers, external parties, and internal teams to facilitate compliant import/export processes.
  • Provide timely clearance instructions to customs brokers and troubleshoot problem shipments.
  • Ensure commercial documents related to STO are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Review and approve Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Airway Bills within a 24-hour period.
  • Enter order forms into internal systems and support Tax and Customs audits with the Legal Regional Team.
  • Maintain open communication with Trade Compliance and 3PL teams to ensure all shipments meet client export/import regulations.
  • Complete thorough due diligence on external parties according to Legal standards.
  • Monitor and manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Denied Party Screenings.
  • Generate brokerage performance reports and coordinate the resolution or escalation of international customs-hold shipments.
  • Stay up-to-date on compliance and shipping regulations in emerging markets.

Candidate Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, with exposure to trade compliance, regulations, inventory, or warehouse management.
  • Domain experience in Hardware Operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of trade compliance rules and regulations.
