Our company is seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to our team's success.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and respectful environment in the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with questions and recommendations to ensure their satisfaction
  • Manage sales transactions efficiently while working assigned cash register
  • Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets at all times
  • Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise according to established standards
  • Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity guidelines
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment while interacting with customers, colleagues, and leaders
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly valued
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 pounds from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are essential
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
