Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Key Accounts Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and maintaining long-term partnerships with major utilities, owners, developers, EPC, O&M customers, and other key players in the hydrogen industry.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and account receivable targets
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships
- Work closely with the technical team to fulfill customers' requests and communicate with HQ
- Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trends, product standards, and competitor information
- Assist in trade shows and other public functions to promote the company's brand
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience and 2 years' direct sales experience in the PV or Wind energy related business
- Familiarity with the renewable energy industry in Latin America and a good understanding of business culture in this area
- Strong ability to build up customer relationships quickly and a wide network with key players in the renewable energy industry
- Professional in dealing with international business and good teamwork and strong team coordination ability
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Self-starter and continuous learner
- Strong passion about the hydrogen industry
