Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Project Management Lead to facilitate our strategic cross-functional teams through efficient project management practices. Your role will involve promoting a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with our product owner and stakeholders to develop roadmaps, manage backlogs, and track velocity.

  • Guide Global Strategic priority teams through agile methodologies and tools.
  • Help teams communicate effectively, collaborate on barriers removal, and focus on customer needs.
  • Organize and facilitate scrum-related meetings.

As an expert Agile practitioner, you'll train the organization on Agile values, practices, and tools. You'll also oversee Azure DevOps tool adoption and ensure its integration with project teams for optimized collaboration and CI/CD pipeline efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of active experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent agile methodology lead.
  • 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and engaging teams.
  • Current professional certification in Agile Methodologies (RTE, Scrum Master).
  • Bachelor's degree minimum from an accredited university.
