Senior Solution Consultant/Advisor Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant/Advisor to join our team. This role involves defining procurement strategies, leading functional design aspects, and ensuring successful implementations while maximizing Suite Synergy opportunities.

  • Enable customers to design, configure, and adopt best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes.
  • Work with large companies to define procurement strategies and lead functional design aspects.
  • Help customers focus on their goals and drive implementation solution architecture towards successful delivery.
  • Oversee all functional design aspects of implementation by managing and mentoring workstream solution architects.
  • Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training, and presentations.

Requirements
  • 6+ years' consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice.
  • Extremely strong client management skills and ability to guide customers through best practice-driven design processes.
  • Experience with Inventory Management, Expenses Management, and/or Spend Analytics is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record in prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering procurement systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including thorough understanding of customer business needs.
  • Self-starter and quick learner, able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with ability/experience to manage multiple simultaneous Enterprise projects.
  • May require some flexibility in working hours due to Americas' time zones.
