Procurement Expert Role

This is a procurement expert role that oversees the entire procurement lifecycle from sourcing to payment, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet business objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required, along with 5 years' experience in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and sourcing teams to streamline supply chain operations.

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office/Power BI skills are also required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office/Power BI skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
