Job Description

Purpose: To deliver and maintain standard, consistent, and global real-time payments reflecting the assessed risk parameters for each project.

  • Manage purchase order activities required to support business purchasing requirements within an end-to-end cycle that aims to pay 3rd Party suppliers within agreed timelines.

This involves developing strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and driving process improvements across multiple regions.

We seek an experienced Contract and Procurement Analyst with exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset to join our global procurement team.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of procurement best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex procurement processes, developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, and providing expert advice to stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions.

Additionally, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, and vendors.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration, is required.

Experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field is also essential.

Salary range is not specified; however, it is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
