Job Description

The role of a Clinical Research Associate is pivotal in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of clinical trials. The CRA will assume the primary responsibility for site visits, conducting monitoring activities, and managing site relationships. This individual must possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with investigative sites and study vendors.

  • Conduct thorough site visits to determine protocol and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with investigative sites and study vendors.
  • Provide training on protocol and related study procedures to assigned clinical study sites.
  • Monitor site performance through tracking metrics such as enrollment, data entry, and protocol deviation trends.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Study Team to ensure timely delivery of study milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires an individual with a BS/BA in a relevant scientific discipline and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant Clinical Operations experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • A thorough understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
