About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our oncology team and drive medical affairs plans forward. As a Medical Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating information exchange with external and internal stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing data generation study concepts.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. They will be able to communicate effectively with various groups, including public audiences and scientific leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute medical affairs plans for oncology
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer medical and scientific information exchange
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and market access
  • Propose local data generation study concepts and ensure HQ approval
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MD, PhD, PharmD or Pharmacist degree
  • Recognized expertise through 2-3 years of clinical and/or research experience in therapy area
  • Experience of local pharmaceutical industry guidelines, regulatory/reimbursement framework and clinical research guidelines
  • Strategic thinking related to asset value proposition and clinical and value evidence
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication and project management skills
