Job Title: Oncology Medical Team Lead

Role Overview

The Oncology Medical Team Lead plays a vital role in facilitating medical and scientific information exchange with key external and internal stakeholders. This includes collaborating with cross-functional country teams, proposing local data generation study concepts, and ensuring the successful execution of studies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Asset Management & Business Leadership: Develop actionable medical insights to inform company strategies and translate global medical goals into research, data analysis, and scientific communication.
  • Scientific & Technical Leadership: Infuse regional medical affairs teams with country-specific scientific perspectives and communicate business needs across various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, reputational, compliance, and other asset issues management teams.
Education & Experience

A recognized degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or Pharmacist) is required, along with 2-3 years of clinical and/or research experience in the therapy area. Local pharmaceutical industry guidelines, regulatory/reimbursement framework, and clinical research knowledge are essential.
