We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Oncology Marketing Operations Director. This position will lead our team in developing and executing marketing strategies for current indications and future product launches within the oncology portfolio.
About the Role:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with brand managers to formulate comprehensive commercialization plans for each indication, including articulating the scientific narrative for assigned indications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional partners, including market access, policy, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, legal, and sales teams, to navigate the internal and external ecosystem successfully.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Synthesize market scenarios and trends into successful commercial strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead the oncology marketing team, ensuring effective execution and professional development of team members.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a business-related or pharmaceutical discipline.
- Proven ability to foster a diverse and talented team culture.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
