At Bayer Oncology, we have the mission to provide innovative treatments targeted to fight cancer and improve the quality of life of patients. Prostate cancer franchise comprehends Nubeqa and Xofigo products, which are part of a comprehensive portfolio designed to support cancer patients throughout their treatment journey.
**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
**Team Management**:
- Identify key talents and hire them for Oncology business.
- Ensure that the team is well placed within the territory and the key accounts.
**Sales Management of Oncology Products**:
- Ensure key account management mindset operation: demand follow up; segmentation; stakeholders understand; action plan development base on accounts needs and products marketing strategies; results analyses; potential analyses;
- KOL management: understand each KOL, design specific action plan for this stakeholder, build a strong relationship.
- Analysis of team performance: sell out and sell in by state, territory, market (public and private).
- Identify opportunities and risks within the market/territory, focus on the Oncology goals.
- In all Hospitals specialized in Oncology, the Sales managers are also responsible for Access initiatives trough their team. ( listing product and reimbursement)
- Responsible for Oncology products sales: Development of long-lasting customer (wholesalers / hospitals / clinics / health secretaries) relations, in private and public market; Definition of commercial conditions for each customer, based on Bayer Commercial Policy; Monthly sales forecast and directly responsible for the Sales results within the territory.
- Be part of an multidisciplinary team with strategic focus: Access Team; Medical Affairs, MSL, Marketing Intelligence, Effectiveness and others.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- University Degree in Business, Economics, Communication and others related. MBA desired
- Strong previous experience in Oncology market
- Experience in account management and sales
- Leadership skill to engage the team for a common goal
- Ability to develop sales teams
- _Fluent Portuguese. English is desirable_
- _Location: flexibility across Brazil, except Paraná, Santa Catarina e Rio Grande de Sul_
