We are seeking a highly organized professional to work exclusively in English, providing administrative support across the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of a podcast.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and coordinate interviews with various podcast guests, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Manage a guest database, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for pre-production, production, and social media promotion activities, enhancing efficiency and consistency.
  • Conduct research for episodes, preparing scripts and discussion topics as required.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality content, meeting or exceeding expectations.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in podcast production and digital media.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Previous experience with audio/video editing tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with major podcast platforms is desirable.
