We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for solving complex problems and identifying potential future issues across various platforms and services.
You will work with some of our biggest clients, managing systems data and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You will oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration with Product Owners (POs) and Business Process Owners (BPOs).
- Experience with audit and compliance processes, including risk gap analysis and control documentation.
