Cloud Software Engineer with Modernization Expertise

As a leading provider of innovative solutions, Thomson Reuters is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented individual with 5-7 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, advanced English language skills, and expertise in C#, .Net Core, TypeScript, Angular, APIs, Microservices, MVC, Database management, AWS Serverless, Containers, and DevOps practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and modernizing software applications using best practices in coordination with a distributed team. This includes contributing to design choices, mentoring technical resources on the team, enforcing code standards, and providing constructive feedback.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on pet projects and special areas of interest during designated 'innovation time.' You will also contribute to Agile software development processes, including design, programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance, and implementation.
