As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytic solutions to our clients. You will work closely with the client's project team to design, develop, and deploy reporting solutions that meet their specific needs.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant who has a strong understanding of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, and project implementation methodology. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
The Technical Consultant will lead and manage reporting workstreams, conduct discovery sessions, design and implement reports, assist customers in testing reporting solutions, and participate in internal initiatives and process improvement.

You should be an innovative self-starter who can drive ideas from concept through implementation. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience with Workday Reporting OR 6+ years of experience with integration development or report building, OR 6+ years of technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a Government setting
