Key Accountant Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead our AVs Project, an international EdTech initiative that enhances the accounting experience for professionals worldwide.

Our ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the accounting education market in Brazil, as well as exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to establish strong relationships with speakers and product stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work closely with our product department to define course concepts and drive product launches. Additionally, they will develop and launch our subscription service in the Brazilian market, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing and sales efforts.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends and opportunities in the accounting education sector.
  • Speaker Engagement: Foster lasting partnerships with industry experts to deliver high-quality courses.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services.
  • Subscription Service: Develop and execute a growth strategy for our subscription-based offering.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create data-driven marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, LTV, and minimize CAC.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to enhance conversion rates, average transaction value, and overall revenue.
  • Educational Oversight: Ensure the quality and effectiveness of our educational content and processes.
