Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for directing a team to develop long-term strategies and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and meet customer needs and expectations.

  • Lead transformation of work practices by challenging the status quo.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality systems.
  • Suggest improvements in processes, equipment, and work methods.
  • Leverage knowledge from inside and outside the organization to enhance KPIs.
  • Make informed, effective decisions to improve profitability.
  • Support the team in shifting focus from short-term to long-term goals.
  • Encourage development into senior leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing at various levels, including supervising other supervisors.
  • Over 5 years leading warehouse or operations roles.
  • Experience in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • Leadership in culture transformation.
  • Strong communication skills to motivate and collaborate.
  • Focus on developing people.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
