Logistics Operations Director

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Director to oversee the efficient management of our warehouses. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and warehouse management, with a proven track record of improving process efficiency and reducing costs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective warehouse management strategies to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, increase productivity, and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
