Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the hotel.

This includes monitoring and controlling costs, managing staff to ensure compliance and efficient delivery of our core values: clean and comfortable en-suite accommodation, good food, great live nightly entertainment and first class friendly customer service.

The role also involves maintaining relationships with guests and taking responsibility for resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Additional responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, and implementing policies and procedures to drive business growth and revenue increases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively to meet P&L targets
  • Maintain a culture of excellent customer service among staff
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results
