Front Office Manager Role

The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Evaluation of guest satisfaction and monitoring trends for continuous improvement.
  • Recognition and appreciation of regular and VIP guests, promoting hotel services and facilities through a sales-driven approach.
  • Maximization of room occupancy at optimal rates, leveraging up-selling techniques to enhance revenue.

This senior position requires strategic leadership, with responsibility for setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving results and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent, coupled with significant industry experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the hotel sector, with a strong understanding of commercial operations.
  • High level of IT proficiency and technical expertise.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a keen sense of commercial awareness and sales capabilities.
