As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to your team to meet departmental targets.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of food and beverage service.
  • Manage guest queries efficiently and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Represent the needs of your team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Assist Food and Beverage management in achieving financial targets and support the development of your team members through training and coaching.
  • Participate in annual and mid-year appraisals for team members under your supervision.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Food and Beverage or a related field is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with your team and guests.
