As an Engineering Manager, your key responsibility is to lead a team of Python engineers. You will oversee progress on agreed goals and projects, coordinate expectations with other engineering and operations teams, and manage communication with management, internal stakeholders, or external customers.

You will need strong leadership skills, experience managing remote teams, and excellent coordination and planning abilities.

Becoming an integral part of our global operations, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, setting project timelines, and ensuring delivery meets customer needs.
