Door Host Position

As a Door Host, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will be the first point of contact between guests and our establishment, influencing their initial impression.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all interactions with guests are professional and courteous.

This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain a high level of personal presentation at all times.

  • Ensure that all interactions with guests are friendly and efficient
  • Comply with brand standards at all times
  • Welcome guests on arrival and assist with their luggage
  • Maintain frequent contact with regular guests and visitors
  • Park guests' cars on the premises, as required
  • Provide driving services to guests, as required
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all hotel vehicles
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, VIPs, and special events
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in the hospitality industry
  • A valid driver's license with no outstanding driving restrictions or infringements
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm and courteous demeanor
  • Knowledge of the local area and country, preferred
