We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Support Associate. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of software applications and systems
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a support or customer-facing role
