Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients.

This role involves managing customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Orders: Handle customer orders over the phone and ensure accurate processing.
  • Deliver Results: Co-ordinate with suppliers to address delivery delays and resolve issues.
  • Communicate Effectively: Share essential customer messages with key departments.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English at B2 level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of support experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within teams, attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented.
