Drive Business Growth as a Senior Advisor

This role plays a pivotal part in fostering mutually beneficial relationships across the customer lifecycle.

  • Proactively engage with assigned customers to drive business outcomes and establish trusted advisor status among senior executives within their buying center.
  • Align with relevant customer Line of Business (LoB) executives to support each stage of their transformation journey.

Additionally, this role may be responsible for supporting premium subscription services like SAP Preferred Success, which requires coordinating additional activities and deliverables.

In some cases, this role works in direct partnership with an Enterprise CSP, while in others it coordinates directly with the customer.

Strong expertise in specific LoBs is essential, including transformation, business process optimization, and value realization.

Multiple life-cycle relevant centers of experts provide support to this role.

The goal is to ensure the continuity of the customer's cloud-based solutions and maximize their usage at the product level.

By achieving high customer value realization, this role positively impacts SAP's business performance, securing renewals, reducing cancellations, and enabling business expansion.
