Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trusted connections with senior executives within a customer's buying center, aligning with key stakeholders for each phase of the customer's transformation.
  • Support premium subscription services like SAP Preferred Success and deliver associated activities/deliverables.
  • Provide expertise on specific business areas, including transformation, business processes, and value realization.
  • Ensure continuity of cloud-based solutions and maximize usage at the product level.
  • Secure renewals, reduce cancellations, and facilitate business expansion.
Qualifications:

Senior-level experience in a related field is required, preferably with a strong background in business areas, transformation, business processes, and value realization.
