Customer Service Representative and Cashier

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative and Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing cash transactions efficiently.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be working closely with our customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and processing payments
  • Process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints
  • Aid in maintaining store appearance, restock shelves, and assist with visual merchandising
Requirements
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or cash handling environments is desirable
  • You should be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
