Key Responsibilities:
  • We handle customer inquiries via email and phone to address cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests efficiently.
  • Our representatives process customer orders over the phone, provide purchase guidance, and ensure timely order handling.
  • They coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery delays promptly.
  • Our team communicates essential customer messages to key departments such as Category Management, Logistics, and Product Data effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English (B2) are required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within different teams is crucial.
  • Attention to detail, persistence, and a solution-oriented approach with a strong work ethic are highly valued.
